`personal-latex-template` – potentially redundant subfolder? #24

personal-latex-template – potentially redundant repository?

It may be more appropriate if the personal-latex-template folder were to be extracted to a stand-alone repository. This is because it may not directly be related to "dotfiles", per say.

Should be extended to github.com/michalspano/academic-writing-templates.

The $\LaTeX$ source code has been moved to the mentioned repository, so the code can be safely removed from this repository.
