Discord bot commands provided via discord.ext.

Possible improvements:

Discord latency status (styled as --status); used to provide the user with corresponding thread latency.
Twitter scraper database status (styled as --database); used to provide the user with database information. I. e. the number of assigned submissions, average number of likes, etc.

Further to be announced in upcoming versions. Ver. 1.1+.
