AS A [user], I WANT TO [specify whitch streams will be stored and witch will be temporary], SO THAT [I can control location and size of processing data storage]

Currently all queries create artifacts in storage folder. This should be parametrized in langauge. Ephemeral should be temporary - artifacts should be stored on storage.
