已申请evernote international token，但无法使用 #120

Describe your operation with evermonkey commands step by step.

  1. 我向官方申请了token
  2. 我使用了ever token 命令
  3. 我依次从evernote依次复制粘贴了token和url

The Error vscode prones.

重启 vscode 呢？
