Segment Add: Admin mode: Clicking name of PDF segment #126

Clicking the name of a PDF segment while in Admin mode attempts to load it as learning content (?) but it fails with a white panel on the right-hand side.

we should probably open the source edit page instead?

My choice is for it to load the content - there is a specific button for editing. That way, you don't have to keep switching between the 'user' and 'admin' tabs.
