I'm not sure it's actually workable, because it automatically makes the decision that a concept is a concept holder, when it might be a content holder (leaf node). How can we tell the difference automatically?
The majority use case will be as a concept holder. The user editing would then have to remove the auto-generated subconcept, and add segments.
