Segment Add: Segment names do not appear in left-hand panel or on tooltip on concept map. #154

We could drop the text saying the source type from the title, and remove the 'YouTube on ' part.

[Logo][Source Name][Segment Name][Segment time/page span] OR [Logo][Segment Name][Segment time/page span] - but I think this is too confusing.
