make debug messages configurable #19

Since the debug messages from hap-nodejs can get a little bit too much after a while, it should configurable, so one can switch the debug messages on and off.

Debug messages from HAPServer, Accessory and EventedHttpServer are piped to pimatic debug log. If this is not wanted debug messages must be switched off completely. More than this doesn't seem to be possible.
