BTstack GPS: auto reconnection #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the BTGPS in the car, all is happy
2. Park and go in somewhere with my iPod
3. BTGPS disconnects and I have to manually reconnect.

Lower priority, but a persistence option where if a device disconnects it would
then check every minute or so maybe using something like an l2ping to conserve
power and reconnect, maybe giving up after a settable 15 minutes to 2 or more
hours.

BTW - the scan and connect are very fast. Excellent coding!

Bluetooth is pretty much "all or nothing". I'm working on proper support for
Bluetooth deep sleep like you put your iPod to sleep when you take it out of
your car (Bluetooth disconnects and goes to sleep). When you're back, it
re-activates Bluetooth. BTstack GPS might then try to reconnect.
