BTstack breaks the ExternalAccessories facility. #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Jailbreak iPhone ios 4.1 (only version tested - probably others have this
issue too)
2. Install BTstack
3. in applicationDidFinishLaunching add the line

[EAAccessoryManager sharedAccessoryManager]

application will hang on launch and will be killed by OS as unresponsive after
a minute or so.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Application should properly launch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a big problem for us as it is not possible to use any plugin
peripherals with BTstack installed.

this problem was tracked down to MobileSubstrate breaking ExternalAccessories
facility on an early redn0w beta jailbreak.

please try again with a newer JB tool, like the current pwnagetool or
greenpoison
