PRG export for multicolor

Export multicolor picture to PRG format that can be run on a Commodore 64 and shows the picture.

• Create a viewer with Kickassembler
• Use the resulting .prg as a resource
• Read the resource into a binary array
• Stick it in front of a regular koala export
