Can't move mouse to the other monitor while in screen capture mode #2083

Here's my setup:

Fedora 38 fully updated.
2 side by side monitors.
dash to dock on the left side of the screen, showing on all monitors
"Push to show" enabled.

If I press the "Print Screen", the selection box appears and from that moment on, I can't move the mouse from the right monitor to the left one.

The problem disappears either by removing the dock from the right monitor or disabling "Push to show" make the

Same effect seems to be visible if the menu is open (Alt + F1)
