I cannot reproduce the bug on Ubuntu 18.10.
@alculete, did you scroll over the dock and nothing happens, or do you expect the dock to scroll automatically when the mouse is at the end of the dock itself?
I expect to do automatically since I'm using a laptop without scrolling or at least add a small arrow to scroll down
Honestly, I don't remember if this has ever been a feature

This is working for me, is it still an issue?
Expected Behavior
Find my opened applications at the end bellow of ubuntu-dock/dash-to-dock
Actual Behavior
If I have many applications opened I can't find the applications that are very bellow and not visible primarily on ubuntu-dock (dock is not scrolling applications) Steps to Reproduce the Problem
