White window indicator lines on Manjaro 18.04 (Gnome 3.32.4) #960

I haven't seen this on any other GNOME 3 Distro where I've used Dash to Dock, but on Manjaro my DtD has white lines that seem to indicate windows for each application (i.e. I have 2 steam windows open, library and chat, and it shows two lines):

Each icon with active windows has this white line and a dot indicator at the top. Can I disable this somehow? It looks like a bug.

@terndrup I found that the matcha shell themes create the dot and white indicator. Changing the shell theme in Gnome tweaks removed them
