Please allow the inclusion of other media types so that you can add sound and short videos, not to be displayed in the diagram, but available under the individual s or family's profiles.

How about animated gifs?

Did you try to add some sound or video as media? Didn't you succeed? Because it is already foreseen that you can add any type of file as media.

Or is your question about not displaying in the person's card some kind of files, especially those without a preview?

From version 1.0.1, with the adoption of Glide library, also animated GIFs are displayed.

Yes, I tried to add a video. I go to a person's profile, media tab, add media, then I browse to the folder where the video is, and it's not even shown there , it says zero files. But it's there. Neither from gallery nor file browser can I import it. It only shows image files
