Define directory structure. #6

The proposed structure is to create 4 sub-directories under the docs directory: framework, practices, ritual and case-studies. Each directory has img and refs sub-directories in compliance with Jean-Marc asciidoc guidelines. However, from an html generation standpoint it may be simpler to put all images in a single img directory.
