Use Grafana's Code editor for query editing #65

Switches to the Grafana Code Editor which is mono spaced and much nicer to work with:

Also adds a Format button which uses the sql-formatter lib to format queries.

Fly by: fix the Query type selector that was too small to hold all the text.

Closes #63
