2018.1 Release #195

Creating an issue as a placeholder for discussion about the 2018.1 release. This is a minor release that includes small changes from 2017.3 that are necessary for the BioSimSpace 1.0 release and CCPBioSim workshops.

I have merged in my small changes and also Lester's changes to SireIO (Charmm parser mostly). I'd like to build binaries and get this out before Easter if possible. Currently the tests pass and there is little different to 2017.3, so I hope this will be ok.

Ideally I'd like to finalise 2018.1 as soon as possible so that attendees are using the released version at the workshop.

Sire has been released. Please use other issues to report any failures and bugs that will force a 2018.1.1 release.
