This issue is used to collect everything around modeling the data as a network.
Victora (whom I cannot tag yet) suggested using a stochastic block model to model our data. This model generates connections between nodes based on the probability for each type of connection to exist. Probabilities can depend on specific nodes (e.g., whether two households are part of the same conglomerado, or not).
