What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://code.google.com/p/google-email-uploader-mac/
2. Click on the "uploader for Windows" link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

404 :(

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Instead of that link pointing to 
http://mail.google.com/mail/help/email_uploader.html

it should presumably instead point to 
http://code.google.com/p/google-email-uploader/
