Updated README, Login view, and Profile View #57

I added the this project's contributors and a change log to the README. I also updated the Login view so that it says "Username of Email" instead of just "Email" for clarification. I also updated the Profile view so that the list of organizations had a vertical orientation and a heading so it's easier to both read and understand what it is.

@michelsalib I can merge it at any time, but just so you know I do have another pull request containing a minor fix I'd like to add to it before you upload the xap file.
