Added new toolGroup (category) 3D for all 3D application shortcut
Added new custom icons for the 3D group and Rhino application
Updated style.css to include 3D application styles
Generated HTML files for Rhino application

Thanks @AJsterling , I made a few changes to the colors/icon and added the background shape to fit the overall design of the website. Deploying your addition as we speak.
