Design Refresh for the Leadership Page based on the Design Team's design

[x] Create accessible (per ARIA) tabbed view for different categories (leadership, exec, senior advisors)
[X] Add additional information to the leadership.json file
[x] Add group photos for each group to the lead data spreadsheet

Accessibility is pretty much there. Most important missing issue is lack of proper focusing. The other problems have to do with things like aria-labeledby and live regions, and I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.
