A command line tool client for the API.

billboard [options] url

It will live in another repo, so this issue isnt really valid, I just wanted to note the idea.

I got a (super minimal) start on this here: https://github.com/daguar/billboard-client

It really does nothing more right now that give you a nicer command line interface for the simple use case of sending URLs to a screen (set via env var).
