Convert to normal blueprint when dropping into global storage #14

When a copy blueprint is placed into the right hand side of blueprint storage it remains a copy blueprint. If this is then pulled out of the book it will become a blank copy blueprint unless the appropriate setting is set. I propose that copy blueprints that are dropped into global storage should result in a normal blueprint being stored.
