s_alttabmute seems to have no effect or was not added to the engine. #22

This CVAR is very useful for streamers and would be a good addition if it wasn't added yet.

s_muteWhenUnfocused 1 is same? or s_muteWhenMinimized 1 ? These commands actually work on linux also.
