Document is not UTF-8 Valid when editing #718

Lintian is giving warnings about Cools & Verticools layout.nut W: attract: national-encoding usr/share/attract/layouts/Cools/layout.nut W: attract: national-encoding usr/share/attract/layouts/Verticools/layout.nut

Opening said files warns that Document is not UTF-8 Valid. Viewing via github they don't show any encoding details.

I'm not sure if just creating a new file & pasting the contents would fix it?
