next_letter and prev_letter hangs at list entries with T and V

I've been pulling my hear about this and I hope it's not a bug, but when I use "next_letter" or "prev_letter" it works as expected for any letters except "T" and "V". The selection catches multiple entries of games starting with those letters like this:

• a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,t,t,u,v,v,w,x,y,z

I tried figuring it out in the source code but no luck finding any clues. If you can't confirm this behaviour I'll attach a romlist where this happens.
