[Bug] Modular Woodcutting Tools not Working on Certain Blocks

Observed behaviour

Modular tools like the adze do not mine certain "wood" blocks faster, such as pumpkins, melons, and bamboo. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.

I've also noticed that claw tools do not speed up wood breaking even though the description says they do. Update: I've discovered that the claw tools are used with m2 to instantly break certain wood blocks.

Expected behaviour

Modular tools that chop wood faster break pumpkins, melons, and bamboo faster as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a workbench and craft any modular woodcutting tool.
2. Find pumpkin, melon, or bamboo block.
3. Modular woodcutting tool does not break above mentioned blocks any faster than bare hands.
