Honing Exploit #748

Feature description

I noticed in my modpack (1.19.2 - Forge) that it's possible to improve honing by hitting the dummy from "MmmMmmMmmMmmm" mod. The dummy seems to use the same mechanics from vanilla armor stand and doing a brief research I found out that's possible to exploit it too using Create to make a contraption that automatically hone the tools for you with a stand:

I didn't test it, but maybe it's even possible to hone tools/weapons by breaking boats and minecarts. So if possible, it would be good to limit hone levelling to just mobs and breaking blocks (or at least have a config option for it).

How it improves the player experience

This would make players actually "use" tools and weapons to improve honing, instead of just keep hitting a standing object or even make an automatic contraption to level it up.

Tetra synergies

I see that honing is a way to make an item more permanent for its owner, where instead of changing your tool for better ones like in vanilla, you'd keep improving your set during gameplay, in a pace that doesn't makes you too OP early game. So having this mechanic adjusted would help avoid player exploits to get end game gear (mostly for multiplayer perspective).

I think it would be nice with a tag that could be applied to blocks or entities which would cause interactions with those to not grant progression (honing or settling), packmakers could then use that to tag things like target dummies if they don't want to allow that kind of play.
