[Bug] Cthonic Automation advancement not achievable?

Observed behaviour

I got a Forge Hammer to hit a Cthonic Extractor into Bedrock, but did not receive the Cthonic Automation advancement.

Expected behaviour

I should receive the advancement as soon as the Forge Hammer hits the Cthonic Extractor.

Steps to reproduce

Place a Cthonic Extractor on Bedrock and a Forge Hammer above it (it was actually really tricky to get them both placed - what's the intended order?)
Insert fuel cells and lubrication upgrades into the Forge Hammer
Put a lever on the Forge Hammer and flip it

Notes

In the advancement json, the trigger is listed as "impossible" and the java code does not reference the advancement:

Also, I'm not able to get the "Arcane Additions" achievement despite collecting enough Gild I scrolls to make a Gild V. Not sure what's wrong there.

ALSO it'd be nice if Forged Containers generated their loot before breaking when Silk Touched OR kept their lootability such that you could claw it open for loot when placed afterwards.
