NS client is refusing connection from host

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

i am trying to monitor windows machine via nagios but NSClient is saying that "Rejected connection and in nagios service its showing msg " no output returned from plugin" Kindly help me out ,i have stuck here from a long. i hv tried all possible troubleshooting
