Check_nrpe and count files : bad Unknown status

/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_nrpe -H 10.209.30.212 -2 -c CheckFiles -a path='F:\FAXSR\MailConnector2\JobQueue' pattern=. MaxWarn=10 MaxCrit=10 No files found|'count'=0;10;10

Count (correctly) 0 files because in folder I have 0 files 
but the status i 3 (unkonwn)

Expected Behavior

I expect status OK

I use

• NSClient++ version: 0.5.2.39 64 bit
• OS and Version: Windows Server 2012
• Checking with: check_nrpe : NRPE Plugin for Nagios Version: 4.0.3
• OS where I Installe check_nrpe RedHat 7.x
