connect the usb before starting wiiflow, like it is designed to be. I also
assume you didnt delete all wiiflow files before updating to this new rev
either, or your ini is pointing to files that are supposed to be on your USB
which you dont have plugged in.

This is a new install, i have the usb drive plugged into slot 0 while turning
on the wii

The same thing occurred to me, usb drive is ntfs with a wbfs folder with all
games.

I fixed this issue by using DOP-ME (DOP-Mi v12) to remove the installed
versions of cios and using the hermes installer (Hermes cIOS222 Installer) to
re-install them, also hit some of the other cios that did not install correctly
or were just stubbed versions, but reinstall of 222 resolved issue.
