One problem I notice recently with zoo+xodo is that multiple additional copies of a pdf file can be saved into the Download directory, usually with different stages of annotations, even though the original file is already be in zooforzotero/cache/. This may relate to the fact that when zoo download the files and then open them in xodo, they are labeled "System Files: Cloud" (in the Recent view in xodo)? Seems like a "cloud" copy is opened while another one being saved to the zoo cache. Is there a way to directly open the latter one?
