Creator field types not fully zotero compliant #133

Hi, I noticed in some items where I have set the author to single field entry that zoo reports no author at all. It seems that single-field author is not supported. Also, the number of supported creator types is less than in zotero. For normal documents there are author, contributor, editor, series editor and translator. For email, zotero has author, contributor and recipient. In zoo, the email recipients are indicated as 'author'. Additionally, the email subject field is ignored. Instead, title = 'unknown' is given. since the app is read only im not too concerned about that right now, I do have plans to add item editing and when that comes I will fix the creator field.

Shall the support for displaying single-field authors be split out of this issue? Sounds like it should be as easier fix and possibly higher priority? Thanks Mick for your great work on this app, in any case.
