[feature request] Access attachments stored in Dropbox/Onedrive etc #95

Would be super useful to incorporate, if possible, access to PDFs stored on cloud storage providers, specifically OneDrive and Dropbox.

What would be even more awesome would be the possibility to easily open and edit in place files (adding comments, highlighting, etc.) PDFs with PDF viewers of choice. Currently OneDrive doesn't support night mode for reading PDFs (the app is in night mode but not the PDFs) which means there doesn't appear to be a way to read and modify OneDrive files with night mode in place. That means doing extremely annoying/time-consuming save/overwrite. Anything that allowed doing what you can do on the desktop would be super useful.

ZotEZ2 is able to do this (you can sign in to a "Remote Attachment Location" and browse to a base directory). However, it's not open-source and there is definitely no clear path to an annotation workflow. Currently I download the PDF via ZotEZ2 and add notes in Zoo.
