Import old bitbucket issues #1

Alas Atlassian deleted the entire project from bitbucket, not just the repo. So now I have to see if there are any issues outstanding I need to import. Mainly so I can continue to be a bad maintainer and ignore them here too :P

I've decided to be an even worse maintainer and not import them (I've also mislaid them, they're somewhere safe...).
