Notifications Count #30

When a notification is clicked on then it is "viewed" and should no longer be included in the count of new notifications. Both for incoming requests and outgoing requests decisions

This works automatically for incoming requests since once a user accepts or denies a request, it is no longer shown. For outgoing requests, only counting pending requests but still keep a listing of accepted and denied requests as well
