Apero isse when running tutorials (36 occurence of warn type [Non rotation matrix has been used as a rotation]) #251

Hi,

I just installed MicMac on MacOS 14.5 (tested also on Ubuntu 22.04, same issue). And after following the install instructions on the main repo page, tested the Gravillions dataset (following these instructions: https://micmac.ensg.eu/index.php/Gravillons_tutorial)

Tapioca and Tapas worked no issue. However, Apero finished with:

36 occurence of warn type [Non rotation matrix has been used as a rotation] First context message : Accept False Rot First detected at line : 1333 of File /.../micmac/src/bitm/matrix.cpp

I tried then the Fontaine dataset (https://micmac.ensg.eu/index.php/Fontaine_tutorial) and same issue both on MacOS and Ubuntu.

Is there something wrong in the install?
