Add Boomerang shot detection system #64

Make a UI overlay using this terminal.
Add a Wasteland item that when in player's inventory, he can click use, and would bring the overlay up
Add a new object that represents the microphone array/antenna
The device could be deployed as a object in the base, and anyone with a terminal could enable the overlay.
The device could be installed as a vehicle "upgrade", and anyone inside the vehicle (no need for terminal) would be able to see the direction of the shots.

Working on this on the Development_main_addons+Boomerang branch. See pull request #79 if you are interested in early testing it. Still need to add custom icons, and the object to represent the microphone array.
