Add keypad lock item that can be applied to boxes

• Make an A3Wasteland item that represents the keypad
• If player is aiming at a box, and clicks on "Use" for the key-pad, it asks him to enter a pin-code
• Once pin-code is entered the box is considered locked, and each time anyone tries to access it, it should open the UI asking them to enter the pin
• If correct pin is entered, the keypad disappears, and the Inventory menu opens up
• If incorrect pin is entered, the keypad buzzes and turns on a red LED to signify wrong value was entered
• Use the "#" symbol to signify the end of the pin-code sequence
• The pin-code for the box would be saved as an object variable
