Can't build with Maven 3 #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to openid4java-0.9.6.662\samples\simple-openid
2. mvn package

There is a problem with download dependencies and builds fail

the version : 0.9.6

It looks it tries to download some dependencies from 
http://alchim.sf.net/download/snapshots/ and they don't exist there

Maven3 is not supported.
