In my Libero_SoC_v11.9 install directory on the Windows7, there is no "snpslmd" #20

always use nodelocked license. there is no need to use any license manager, just copy the license file and you are ready to work!

yes, I think most linux users managed somehow the license hell, so closing the issue.
