Reported by one user - Creative board VCP not loading, not linux not windows

Try Windows Devicemanager, on USB FP5 Serial Converter C, right click, properties, extended, check Load VCP, this is the flag that tells OS to load COM port drivers for Creative board

Check EEPROM config, from https://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Utilities.htm take FT_prog, scan device, in tree Hardware specific, Port C check that Virtual Com Port is selected
