Separating module and custom_app repo #81

Is there a way to specify a custom app location, instead of placing our app into the micro_ros_zephyr_module folder? I'm not sure how to separate the module repo from our app repo, as the app sits within the module under src/

You can copy modules/libmicroros to your project's modules folder
