Remove hard-coded paths ("/root/nuttx"...) by using NuttX variables instead
Set "Generic" target, to allow the compiler to work (the old method of forcing the compiler resulted in an invalid compiler configuration which was not able to perform checks).

I would greatly appreciate if you could verify this on your local system before merging, to check that no specifics from my system are in this.

Hi Ingo, I only moved that files. I could be better to revise by Borja or Julian.
