I added an example file to bring up nodes and the mode-manager. I couldn't manage to bring the system up to unconfigured
state, yet, but may look at this as well.

We may be able to check via nodegraph, if nodes are ready to be configured. I asked no ros asnwers if soemthing like that is existing/possible: https://answers.ros.org/question/344357/ros-2-launch-action-when-node-created/
