Example launch file that brings up entire system #11

Add example launch file that brings up an entire system with nodes and the mode manager. See also #9

I added an example file to bring up nodes and the mode-manager. I couldn't manage to bring the system up to unconfigured state, yet, but may look at this as well. See feature/launch_file_example:launch/example_system.launch.py

We may be able to check via nodegraph, if nodes are ready to be configured. I asked no ros asnwers if soemthing like that is existing/possible: https://answers.ros.org/question/344357/ros-2-launch-action-when-node-created/
