micro-run plugin: Press F5 to save and run the current file. Go, Python, Lua and executable file (#!) supported.

Hello, could you update the PR to resolve the conflicts?

Another problem is that none of your repo.json does not have the License field, could you add this metadata?

Could you add your repo.json to the plugins/ folder and update channel.json link to use this link? E.g. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/micro-editor/plugin-channel/master/plugins/editorconfig-micro.json. Use the plugin name as the file name.

I created a new version of this pull request as #101. Changes are already approved by @taconi, waiting for merge.
