Add TNSL plugin #89

This pull request would add a plugin which supports TNSL, my toy programming language. It's a very small plugin (just syntax and autoclose).

Hello, your repo.json does not have the License field, could you add this metadata?

Could you add your repo.json to the plugins/ folder and update channel.json link to use this link? E.g. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/micro-editor/plugin-channel/master/plugins/editorconfig-micro.json. Use the plugin name as the file name.

It was missing from the README.md table, could you solve this?

Hi @taconi,

Unfortunately my plugin has been unmaintained for some time now, as I have been busy with school and unable to work on my language. I also understand better now that if I want people to someday use my language (even as a toy language) I need better tooling than what I currently have available.

That being said, I no longer believe this plugin represents my best efforts. I may come back to this some day, but am closing here at the moment.
